If the goods are not suitable please return to us filling out our returns form stating the reason for return. On reciept of the goods at our store a refund will be issued. We do not refund carriage/postage costs.
If an alternative size or style is required please log into www.schoose.co.uk and re-order your requirements as a new transaction.
Any cost incurred in returning goods or providing replacements are the responsibility of the customer , we do not refund carriage/postage costs .We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when the goods arrive back with us .We cannot accept any responsibility for goods in transit you are returning to us.
In the unlikely event that you need to return shoes because they are faulty we ask you to include your receipt or proof of purchase when returning them to us .They will be inspected and if deemed faulty we will contact you to discuss your needs. Where possible and if required, a replacement will be offered or a full refund including original postage costs. Where goods are returned to us and deemed not to be genuinely faulty we will contact you with a full explanation on our judgement .
