Goods are unworn and with their original box, labelling and packaging and accompanied with a valid till receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned to us within 28 days of purchase (sale or reduced goods within 14 days)

Goods that are not faulty but in not a resalable condition as a result of being worn.
Please ensure when returning goods to us you fill out our returns form stating the reason for return and if a replacement is required, please state style number /name, colour and size you require and enclose it with the returned goods.
Any cost incurred in returning goods or providing replacements are the responsibility of the customer , we do not refund carriage/postage costs .We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when the goods arrive back with us .We cannot accept any responsibility for goods in transit you are returning to us.
In the unlikely event that you need to return shoes because they are faulty we ask you to include your receipt or proof of purchase when returning them to us .They will be inspected and if deemed faulty we will contact you to discuss your needs. Where possible and if required, a replacement will be offered or a full refund including original postage costs. Where goods are returned to us and deemed not to be genuinely faulty we will contact you with a full explanation on our judgement .

Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police).
